Size 1 fits sizes XS and S, 2 fits M, L, and 3 fits XL for more specifics go to our sizing chart here
What is the status of my order?
As soon as your pre-order is in our system it will be processed, the production may take 4/6 weeks, but in some cases it can be much faster. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with UPS or USPS tracking information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and Facebook Pay.
Can you gift-wrap my order?
We do not offer gift wrapping. If you wish to add a personalized note, we can do so at an additional charge: please get in touch with us at support@giankamal.com
What are your shipping methods and policies?
You have the option to choose to ship via either UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
We ship to US residential addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Do you accept returns?
On Pre-Order items, GIAN KAMAL only accepts exchanges.
Please note that all items must be returned unused, with the original bag. If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.
Please submit your request for return, including the order number and a photograph of the item you are looking to return to receive a prepaid UPS return label from Customer Care.
