The Womb band is made out of 6% elastane and will fit most body types, and sizes:
You can measure your waist like this; use a flexible measuring tape to find the narrowest part of your waist, which is usually between your lowest rib and the top of your hip bone and at the height of your belly button.
Size 1: 26" x 8" fits extra small to small
Size 2: 28" x 9.5" fits medium to large
Size 3: 31" x 10" fits large to extra large

The womb-band is meant to gently hug your waist, it may grow a little over time: you can throw it in the washing machine every once in a while, and it will go back to its original size. We don’t recommend machine wash on a regular basis. More care tips here
