Womb Healing Ritual

remove blockages and heal trauma with the womb-band

The following techniques can lead you into unknown territory, if at any point you feel insecure, pause, open your eyes, and come back to the awareness of your surroundings.

Please have a glass of water near you, and hydrate well before and after the session.

PREP:
After activating the womb band, see the post Activate Your Womb-band here- take a few minutes to choose 2 gemstones, one for each pocket: It can either be your favorite crystal or any other dark-colored or red gemstone, anything from black tourmaline to garnet, ruby, or carnelian will work as your first stone.

Take a light-colored gemstone, for example, a selenite, clear quartz, rose quartz, citrine, fluorite, or amethyst as your second stone.

Put the light-colored stone into the right pocket (your right side) and the darker-colored stone into the left pocket.

  1. Put the womb-band on, and feel held by its snug embrace around your sacral chakra:

2. Settle into an upright seated position

3.Sit with your spine straight, and the shoulders back, elongating your spine, by tucking your chin slightly toward the chest. Close your eyes.

4. Take a moment or two to create an intention: Ask to connect to your subconscious mind, and then ask source, spirit, G-d, please, show me what I need to know about the origin of this pain.

You can also journal, and write this question on a piece of paper and put it in front of you.

5. Angelic Breath Meditation: Breathe in on the count of 7 - Hold on the count of 7- breathe out on the count of 7; repeat this 7 times.

6. Repeat your conscious intent, please source, Creator, show me what I need to know about this pain.

7. Receive the answers: you may receive images, words, emotions, and even physical sensations, take note of it, and don’t be scared if you see anything upsetting, You are safe.

There might be images that are coming up for release from past lifetimes, ancestral trauma, or collective pain, but you are safe. You are the observer. If at any point you feel ungrounded, stop. open your eyes, and put your hands on your womb. Allow whatever comes up to be released, it’s ok! Pay attention to any words that may pop into your mind, it could be old unconscious obsolete belief systems that need to be seen and released.

8. Consciously visualize, and imagine bright healing light: allow this light to dissipate any darkness, thoughts, and pain. Feel the presence of Grace Elohim as she creates a clean slate within you.

9. Rest, now you can lay down, relax, and maybe even fall asleep, and allow the new, lighter energies to integrate.

10. After the session, eat something light, and drink lots of water (water with lemon is great), and if you can, go outside and connect with the earth, hug a tree :)

11. Take your crystals out of the pockets and rinse them with cold water, keep your tourmaline close by.
